How To Tutorial

In summary, we need three files from you to enter our peer voting system;

1) A digital image, be it disc artwork, photography or anything else you deem appropriate.

2) A complete, full length version of your track encoded as an MP3 at 128Kbps. Please only use MP3 files. Do not use any other file formats as they are not compatible with this site.

3) A thirty second clip of your chosen song encoded as an MP3 at 128Kbps (optional, but preferred).

This following tutorial will detail your end of TheNextWave.co.uk submission process - taking your digital audio file and creating both the whole song and 30 second clip mp3s at a 128Kbps Bit Rate.

Audacity is a free, lightweight and powerful open source audio editor and recorder (further detail can be found at http://audacity.sourceforge.net/about/).
